Approximately 11 miles from the new Yakima Valley Visitors' Information Center: "Gateway to Washington Wine Country" on I-82, Piety Flats Winery will be your first or second stop on a Washington Wine tour in the Yakima Valley wine country. From our location, and within a radius of 10 miles, you will find another 10 wineries in the Rattlesnake Hills Wine Trail with wine tasting and tours of the winery.

Directions:

Piety Flats Winery is located in the Lower Yakima Valley in the historic Donald Fruit and Mercantile building, just off I-82 six miles south of Yakima. Take exit 44 off I-82 and go north 1/8 mile to visit the wine tasting room.

Hours:

March 1st until October 31st - Daily 10 till 6 Sunday till 5
November and December - Daily 10 to 5
January and February - weekends only - noon till 5

In the Area:

Piety Flats Winery is located across the street from the second or third oldest home in the Yakima Valley, after the Snipes cabin in Sunnyside. This is the Egbert French home that later became the first home to the McDonald Family, which the town is named after. A visit to Piety Flats Winery is a pleasant and relaxing stopover for visitors to the Yakima Valley. Enjoy a picnic under the walnut trees next to the winery with your family and friends on one of eight picnic benches available to winery guests.

Ample parking and facilities are provided for wine tour groups. The nearby Shell gas station allows convenient gassing up for continued travels throughout the scenic Yakima Valley.
